Guest of honour of the 2026 edition of the festival:

Sandor Katz

The fermentation guru himself! Author of the books Wild Fermentation and The Art of Fermentation, two essential references in the field, Sandor Ellix Katz is cited as the activist who revived worldwide interest in fermentation and it’s ancestral traditions.

Don’t miss his workshops and the opportunity to meet him during the cocktail diner!

Partners

Ferment Fest would not be possible without the invaluable support of our partners.

We collaborate with businesses, institutions, and engaged organizations that share our vision: fostering education, encouraging engagement, and contributing to a more conscious and sustainable food culture.

Their support allows us to offer a rich and accessible program, including free conferences, educational activities for youth, as well as community initiatives throughout the year.

We are proud to build, together with them, a meaningful event rooted in its community and open to the world.
